These Terms & Conditions govern the use of EURECIN services, website, applications, certifications, assessments, and related systems operated by TTB International OÜ.

By accessing or using EURECIN services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

EURECIN provides professional development, certification, assessment, practical experience programs, and career-oriented educational services designed to support candidates preparing for opportunities within Europe.

Programs may include:

  • Professional assessments
  • AI and digital productivity modules
  • Relocation or residency eligibility evaluations

2. Eligibility

3. Certification

5. Relocation & Residency Assessments

Relocation or residency eligibility evaluations are informational assessments based on submitted information and do not constitute legal immigration advice.

Candidates remain fully responsible for:

EURECIN is not responsible for government decisions or immigration outcomes.

6. Payments & Refunds

Program fees must be paid using approved payment methods. Installment options may be offered depending on location and eligibility. Due to the digital nature of the program, no refunds are available once access to the program, educational materials, assessments, onboarding, mentoring, or certification-related services has been provided, except where required by applicable law. Refunds may only be issued if the service has not started, a duplicate payment occurred, or a mandatory legal cancellation or withdrawal right applies under applicable consumer protection laws. By purchasing the program, the participant expressly agrees that access to digital services and program content may begin immediately and acknowledges that this may limit statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights where permitted by law. No refunds are provided for unsuccessful job applications, visa refusals, employer decisions, relocation outcomes, or dissatisfaction with assessment or certification results. EURECIN reserves the right to modify pricing, refuse enrollment, cancel unpaid registrations, or suspend access in cases of failed or incomplete payments.

7. Intellectual Property

All EURECIN content, materials, branding, certifications, systems, and website content remain the intellectual property of EURECIN and TTB International OÜ.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Record
  • Commercially exploit

any program content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

EURECIN reserves the right to deny verification requests that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or unauthorized.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EURECIN and TTB International OÜ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Employment outcomes
  • Immigration outcomes
  • Technical interruptions
  • Third-party actions
  • Data loss outside reasonable control

Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

12. External Platforms
